Returns
- Eligibility:
- You may return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Custom-made or personalized bracelets are generally not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale or clearance items may have specific return restrictions, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
- Return Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at plumwhisper25@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Refunds
- Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
- Refund Processing:
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
- We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
- Exchanges
- Currently we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Important Notes:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Crystal properties are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on perceived lack of crystal properties.
- Variations in color, size, and natural inclusions are normal in natural stones, and are not considered defects.
