Return and Refund Policy

We strive to provide you with beautiful, high-quality crystal bracelets and a positive shopping experience. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we aim to make the process as simple and transparent as possible.


Returns

  • Eligibility: 
    • You may return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Custom-made or personalized bracelets are generally not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
    • Sale or clearance items may have specific return restrictions, which will be clearly stated on the product page.
  • Return Process: 
    1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at plumwhisper25@gmail.com. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s). 
    3. Packaging: Please securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible, and include the RA number on the outside of the package. 
    4. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.


Refunds

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
  • Refund Processing: 
    • If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. 
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: 
    • If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
    • We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Exchanges 
    • Currently we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.


Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  • Crystal properties are not guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued based on perceived lack of crystal properties.
  • Variations in color, size, and natural inclusions are normal in natural stones, and are not considered defects.
